Was lucky enough to try a broad selection over time when Frankie was slinging these out at the Fitzroy market and can confirm, everything was outrageously good! I'd always grab one of everything and bring it back for the team and I to try. Pastry game is always top notch and on point. It's rare on pie searches that you can see a consistent epic standard of pastry across the range. Now, normally, it's one or the other, pastry is epic but filling is average. THIS IS NOT ONE OF THOSE TIMES. Holy hecker! Definitely worth travelling for, and I look forward to being a repeat...

With that being said I can safely say, very loudly, with my entire chest, theses pies are the best I've ever tasted in my short life. After spending a somewhat excruciating morning moving my boyfriend into his new house, I have been transformed by genuine human ingenuity; the innovativeness of the filling, the classiness of the crust. A must-visit for anyone who cares about anything, and well...
