King Chooks — Restaurant in Melbourne

One of the more expensive chicken shops around, but I cannot justify spending 40 bucks for 3 terrible made souvlakis

The meat was not sliced properly, just massive inedible chunks, the souvlaki wasn't even wrapped, just chucked in the paper. No seasoning, and all the vegetables where just chunks, even having the butt of the lettuce in my own souvlaki.

This place is a massive rip off, and they don't even have any care for their quality. Last time I'm ever...

Delicious chips with great seasoning, chook schnitzel salad roll is very good too

Edit: seems to have modified the chip seasoning/cooking method since changing ownership. A devastating disappointment as these chips were like a drug. Just back to standard charcoal chicken level now, pretty good, but was 1000x better before change. Salad roll was a salad burger instead too last time I checked so not as...

Good quick service Lots of food selection It also has some tables to dine in.

Chips were made fresh, with good flavour crispy. Very nice! The chicken burger was well made, fresh with the usual fixings, I will admit it did taste a tad bland, but that's just my opinion, as it was well prepared.

I will try the other options soon!
