My wife bought jacket $150 but after just one gentle wash and let it dry natural after few hours inside foam got curdle and all foam got lump. when we went to ask them they said its your fault you should put in dryer then they reccomend wash again and put in dryer it will fix if not come back, we did the same but result was same it did not get fixed, after we went back again to ask and this time they said now you should use some other detergent or liquid from their shop get it fixed yourself and why they did not say us to first time we went there. In the end they said sorry we can't help you take this product and wash and dry again that does not make any sense lump is so tight and strong its never going to fix. We left jacket on desk in front of them and said to them there is no use of this jacket keep it and we went out from shop and felt just waste our money. Store made a bad recommendation and refused to back their products.

After explaining my trip, I was recommended a particular pair of weatherproof pants for my journey. I wore the pants for 3 days total and by the end they were completely trashed. I used them as intended for my trip, yet they had a rip in the back (unknown cause, obviously didn’t take much) and a giant rip in the front from a small fall in the dirt. $220 pants (on sale) ruined like that and clearly not durable enough for regular outdoor use.

The store refused to help me in any way, despite making the recommendation and knowing what I was using them for.

Their products are poor quality, team members not knowledgeable enough and they do not back their products.

I’ll avoid Macpac anything in the future and instead buy from a company that backs their products, acknowledges their mistakes and cares about their customer experience.

Very poor customer service. I have bought a winter puffer jacket 3 months back and it's quality is extremely poor. All the feathers are coming out on any dress i wore. Also got a hole just below the stick of jacket. Never prefer this brand .Kathmandu is 100% better brand comparing to macpac. I had similar issue with Kathmandu jacket, and their customer service is really good they replaced the jacket for me. The store manager didn't even listen to our words and she claimed that it happend from our end even though it was very clear that quality of product is very poor.
