Would be giving this company 0 stars if it was an option. Have dealt with PUKKA for this experience. Started off completely fine, lovely service. Then came our deposit being paid and the whole list and experience has changed and we have been lied to. Upon confronting PUKKA about this and going around in circles, we are left with $200 deposit lost and no night out for our Bride. I wanted someone else from the company to contact me as the service was absolutely putrid towards the end. Continuous admissions of fault and agreeing with us but then turning it back onto the customer. All we wanted was our $200 deposit back to be able to do something else for the Bride. $200 may not be a lot to this company but that’s 10 hours of work for me. I had booked this bar crawl for my partners 21st. After there had been massive miss communication from ‘On the rocks bar crawl’, it took us 1-2 hours to finally sort out the issue. All things aside the bars were good choices and we had an amazing tour with us. Fast forward 3 weeks since the advent and I have still not received any photos from the night. After chasing up ‘OTRBC’ I have still not received any notice or information on what’s happening. I am having to continue to reach out to them but am still not receiving what is included in this package. Very weird vibe! I got there at 19.40 after they said they were leaving at 19.30 sharp. There were 3 people around 55 years old sitting at a table + me and that was the "crew". The guide said maybe we would have a big group but he didn't know. Anyway after 45 mins we were still there and nothing happened and I was very uncomfortable and out of place so I decided to leave.
