Going from other reviews I've just read im not surprised in what happened . I bought 5 x 75 litre rubbish bins $25 each , all have faulty clips, so lids won't attach. Was told that's what happens when you buy cheap stuff from China . Not our problem. Was told dont use the lid then . I didn't buy them from China, I actually bought them from Peters Mitre 10 Brighton. I paid this store $124.75 I bought a bin with a lid for purpose of using a lid. If I didn't want a lid I could of bought a $10 bin from bunnings with NO LID. If you sell faulty manufactured products , discount them and advertize as FAULTY.

Remedy Was told to use a hammer or plyers to fix and bend the metal handle.

Not even offered an apology , or a simple that's not great is it , how about a discount to compensate as the lid should attach . Or we will swap for a bin that dosnt have a manufacturing fault .

35 yrs as a local resident Just appalled at the customer service. But from other reviews seems this is how they operate. I'm sure they will say something nasty back as...

literally spent a week chasing up a patio table & chair I ordered 10 days ago ( I live 1 suburb away from store) to be told it was delivered yesterday, it wasn't .. I was home and its not here, delivery instructions not followed. I understand mistakes can happen (like not even knocking on someones door I guess?) but to be responded to with an "ah well, he doesn't work Friday, he said it was delivered you'll have to wait until Monday" was disgusting. No apology, no acknowledgement. Don't buy from here because they obviously couldn't care less about their customers. This has probably been the worst customer experience I have had and that is saying a lot. Would love to be able to edit the review and say they called me back and said would drop it off to me as I am 5 min away and sorry for the awful treatment, but think I am dreaming 100% wasn't delivered as no call or delivery notification, they have it and could organise it if...

Hired a vac cleaner. Returned it when finished with it. Guy standing with back to me in return area said, see the bloke at the front. The young guy at the front was taking an eternity with paperwork so I said, I will start getting it out of the car. With that guy with back turned to me gets involved. Did you clean it , yes. He checks and finds it clean. Then starts telling me how it is not acceptable to bring back dirty. Having been disappointed to find it clean he moves on to the attachments which I had disassembled to fit more easily in the car. He then begins a lecture on how it’s not acceptable to not put it all back together, as to quote, no one here knows what’s going on. He then said make sure you do this next time to which I said, there won’t be a next time. Shame as I had thought I would start supporting a local business rather...
