Russell was an exceptional carpenter and problem solver, with a wonderful sense of humour!

Andy came to my home , listened to me , saw the value in recycling some materials, helped me with the design and came back with a very reasonable budget forecast.

We still lived in the home , so the jobs were done in 2 stages .

Paul , Josh , AK , Cameron and all the other tradesmen that worked on this job , were punctual , courteous and did a great job !

I had a full kitchen renovation, remodeling of the powder room and laundry, ensuite and main bathroom.

Renovation started on 6/9/22 and was finished on 26/10/22 , so efficient!

Andy understood my vision and my budget restraints and I was pleasantly surprised by their very reasonable Quote ….. compared to others I had recieved that were outrageously expensive, for the same work !

I saved money by purchasing all the items I could for the build Eg Tiles , sinks, basins , shower screens, lights , Fridge, Dishwasher, Oven etc

I got what I wanted, at sale prices , that complimented my vision of the renovation.

Andy and the team were very patient with my questions about each stage of the project and always took my ideas into account along the way !

I highly recommend this Company for any project big or small , as I have to others , and I would not hesitate to use them again if needed!

Sorry for the late review , it’s been a bit of a hectic end of 2022 and...

I first engaged with One Stop Renovate back in 2021 as I was renovating two bathrooms at my townhouse. I had a number of quotes and walk throughs, but One Stop were the most helpful and very detailed throughout that process. Andy, my project manager, was excellent from start to finish, making a number of recommendations in the early stages that really helped the design and build. Having never done a renovation before I was very happy that I selected One Stop as Andy was extremely patient and detailed. He managed absolutely everything for me so once things started, the entire build ran very smoothly.

Nine months later, and as my first project ran so well, I had One Stop come back and renovate my kitchen. Again, this went seamlessly. One thing I liked a lot about One Stop is that all of the tradesman that they use, whether its their stonemason, electrician, carpenter, or tiler, are all really skilled and a pleasure to deal with. They were all very thorough, which meant there were no issues, or problems and this ultimately ensured the end result was exactly what I wanted.

I couldn’t be happier with the decision to go with One Stop. Having uses them for two major projects I would highly recommend them. They go the extra mile for you and are always available to take calls and brainstorm ideas.

I hired OneStop Renovate to renovate bathroom & separate toilet on my 1970’s 2 bedroom unit. The existing rooms looked like a home handyman job with a terrible plumbing job on the toilet, a tiny 70x70 shower, a small vanity, and a small tub. OneStop responded quickly to my initial internet inquiry and to all my subsequent questions throughout the process. Andy who came to give me the quote made good suggestions on my proposed design : e.g what wouldn’t work but also suggested alternative solution so my needs were still met. We removed the tub, relocated the shower and vanity so we could make them bigger and installed a toilet in the bathroom as well as replaced the existing toilet in the other room and installed a small hand basin in there as well. The tradesmen who did the job were really friendly, proactively resolved all the issues that popped up (eg beam where drain needed to go and an unexpected brick wall between studs which pipes had to go through) and they kept the worksite tidy with drop sheets and cleaning up when they left each day. They also started and completed the job on schedule. I’m really excited my new bathroom and separate toilet look so great! I highly recommend...
