You are lucky to read my review here! Below are the points why you are not worth staying here:

-The lights are always broken and you must change them regularly at your own cost!

-The evacuation alarm will evacuate out of no way randomly when nothing is happening 🙃

-Very poor and rude management! The car lift always breaks down, and you can’t find them in their office!

-Try to imagine you have something emergency and need to go somewhere, then you have to waste your money to take an Uber? Will there pay a transportation fee for you?

-Terrible sound pollution as the hot water pipes will always be making annoying noises while other people staying here use hot water!

If you are “OK” with the conditions I listed above, you are welcome to rent an apartment here and...

When I lived there for a year and a half, I dealt with a carpet moth infestation, mould issues, the smell of garbage from the garbage, the noise from construction can be bad at night and faulty lifts. I feel the real estate agents and building manager could take better care of this building. When you want something addressed, the real estate agent and building manager will argue over whose responsibility it is. I don't care, work together to figure it out.

It's not worth paying...

Worst management ever. There are only 2 lifts here and one of the lift only working for like not more than 4 months in a year. Keep out of service, after fix, spoil again. Cleaner is so disrespectful throwing own tantrums to the residents. If you don’t like your job in cleaning rubbish and managing the skip bin, change your job. When we show respectful to you guys everyday when cleaning the floor , so show respect when we asking which rubbish to throw...
