I regularly meet a friend here for coffee and gluten free cake and have recommended the cafe to others many times. However our experience was marred yesterday afternoon by the attitude of the barista. She brought me an extra hot latte and when I told her I'd ordered an extra hot cappuccino she took it away, sprinkled the top with chocolate powder and put it back in front of me. A cappuccino is not a latte with powder on top! I should have insisted it be re-made but it's not in my nature to make a fuss and, truth to be known, I was gobsmacked (and somewhat insulted).
