They had shopping bags of raw meat (chicken and sausages) and dairy left out on a summer day. After 15 minutes I pointed it out and they moved the chicken but left everything else. The sausages were still there when we left over an hour later. The bins in the kitchen were overflowing onto the floor and the whole kitchen looked filthy.

Regret not leaving straight away as the food was very average. The vegetarian burger patty was cold in the middle. We asked for a cup of ice and it had dirt all over it.
