Fat Rice Thai Eatery — Restaurant in Melbourne

Order forgotten. Would've been much more understanding of this if I'd experienced an acceptable level of customer service. Instead I got muttered an awkward 'sorry' from the waitress and was asked to repeat my order and pay the full amount and wait another 15 mins. After checking with the boss out the back the waitress comes back to inform me they "won't drop the price". I explained this has caused me a bit of an inconvenience and then after checking out back a second time she offered me roti bread. Curries were good, though I expected more for what I paid for, and 3 measly bits of roti did not make up for it unfortunately. It's not hard to be warm, welcoming, own up for any mistakes made and treated with a bit of respect. Seriously. Ps. What's with the restaurant...

Terrible customer service! Ordered through menu log then had to call the restaurant when nothing arrived after waiting 30mins past the delivery time the girl I spoke to had no clue and I had to ask her to speak to the kitchen to find out if the food was even sent?! I then called menu log after waiting another 30mins to ask for a refund menu log contacted the restaurant who refuses to give a refund even though the food still hasn't been delivered. I would give this place a 0 if i could. Such a shame as it's in a good spot in mt eliza and we like to support new business, however this was an absolute disaster.
