Bali Paradise Cafe — Restaurant in Midland

What a little gem! Know about this place from FB group and even it’s quite far from where we live but we have to try it because they have dishes that are hard to see anywhere else in Perth, like Babi Guling (roasted suckling pig).

Worth the trip, all the food we try (Babi Guling, Bebek Goreng & Ayam Betutu) are well prepared and perfect authentic bali taste, absolutely delicious! Great flavours, spices and big portion for the price. We also got some complimentary house roasted peanuts and a Kopiko candy. Cosy, clean and relaxed little place just like in bali with their background music and incense to complete the vibe. Great service and being a family business, the owner are very friendly.

First time going and we will give it a second chance . This place has the potential to corner the market. There are very few Bali / Indonesian restaurants, and we all know how Perth people love Bali. We got the mie goreng and Nasi goreng.They got the flavour right but forgot to put the bulk of the ingredients in the dishes. So we basically got flavoured noodles and rice. It feels like Bali if you are missing a bit of Babi guling or Nasi campur. Will definitely be back to try their ayam bakar, mee Soto (I think this might be an off menu limited item), and more Balinese favourites!

Spice level on their chilli packs a real punch and you can buy little jars of them for home, along with packs of Indonesian snacks like seasoned nuts. Lovely service, and great food - hard to go...
