More like "Epic Fail". We waited over FIVE HOURS for a prescription, YES FIVE F%CKEN HOURS. It is beyond disgraceful for people in intensive care units.

My Mum couldn't be discharged until she received, which sadly means the knock-on effect is that the bed couldn't be released to another very sick patient who is waiting for a bed. It is beyond disgusting how this Pharmacy is still allowed to be supplying the hospital and should be investigated.

Discharge medications charged in full, not at the PBS price. I emailed proof of concession entitlement and proof that items are listed on PBS after respondent lied and said items were not on PBS. Was then fobbed off: told to contact pharmacy directly. No answer, no reply to phone message, so I paid almost $200 and am still waiting for receipt over 3 weeks later to claim from Medicare.
