Keturah Life — Local services in Nedlands

I have been going to Keturah Life, Nedlands- for a few years now. This year I purchased a Diamond Club Membership in January as a birthday present to myself. I am so glad that I treated myself to 12 treatments for the year, and a 20% discount on all other products and services. It has been fantastic to help me prioritise self care and all of the treatments and products I have purchased are top quality. My beauty therapist, Tracey is amazing and does an incredible job of all of my skin treatments & product recommendations. People often comment on how great my skin looks and ask what I am using or where I go for my treatments. I would highly recommend Tracey to anyone!

I started getting my hair done there this year too, so that I could take advantage of the 20% discount on other services. Nanci has done a great job of colouring, trimming, styling and treating my hair. I am always really pleased with the customer service, the results and I walk out feeling confident & elegant. I love this place, the professional staff, the environment, the products & services. I am definitely a customer for life and I would say to anyone thinking about trying them out, you won't regret it. I was gifted a $250 voucher for Keturah. At the time I had a newborn baby, I rang Keturah as I wanted to use the voucher to buy some skincare products. I was told no I’m not allowed to redeem it on skincare. Why? I have no idea. $250 cash is as good as the same $$ spent on the voucher. Apparently not according to Keturah. So I put the voucher away. Well when I found the voucher again (3 years later on my birthday), it was expiry day, but it was a public holiday and Keturah was closed. I rang the next day and said the Voucher had expired the day before. Well guess what, they wouldn’t honor it. Just poor customer service. Got the $$$ so have no care for ongoing service. Won’t ever go here and will tell everyone to avoid this company due to their ethic.

Hi Management, It was over the March long weekend. I rang and was told straight away by the girl who answered that it wouldn’t be honored as had expired the day before. The girl said she would talk to the manager and get back to me if they would. Never heard back from her again. Have since spoken to several friends about this who all agreed this required a review. I am disappointed and feel given the circumstances it was poor...

If I could give zero I would!! I gave my daughter a $200 gift voucher for her birthday When she booked it she had the voucher but the day she went to go in she couldn’t locate it. 3 young kids, one has probably hidden it somewhere. At the time of booking no one asked her for the voucher no She called me and asked me to go through statements to find the proof of purchase. I sent that to her. She went in, they had her put her in robe etc to then tell her that they wouldn’t honour the voucher as proof of purchase is not enough. So she left. They then tried to make her pay a cancellation fee. She refused. They then told her that if she found the voucher it would be void!

Now, if the voucher had already been used it would no longer be in their system therefore proof of purchase should have been enough They obviously don’t have a very good system. They didn’t give me or email me the voucher no when I purchased it.

I have been a customer of keturah for years and now have absolutely NO wish to go back. Lousy customer service
