On Thursday the 11th of July at 3:45pm, my family and I went to Cold Rock in Honeysuckle. There was a young blonde female working there that we had been served by once before. I figured on the last encounter, she’d had a bad day and didn’t worry about the terrible attitude. On this second occasion however, it seems this is just how she is. She firstly just stared at us all and put up the icecream door to signal that she was waiting for us. We obviously took too long because she eventually slammed it shut and said “what do you want?”. I told her we were still deciding. She then stood there and glared while my young kids chose. There was no hello, just that. Then she made the icecream and said, “that it?” In an annoyed tone. Once all of our orders were done, she placed them all on the counter and told us the amount. No please, no thank you, nothing. Her lack of manners and her attitude were disgraceful. My young kids have exceptional manners and communication skills, maybe they should work there instead. I noticed she treated a number of other customers the same. She clearly hates her job and dealing with people. Perhaps a reconsideration of...

Apon entering the store, I was hit by the very strong sour milk smell, but ordered ice creams anyway. 4 various waffle cones cost $32. We went outside to sit at the tables out the front of the store to eat our ice creams. The tables and chairs were sticky and filthy, so I asked a staff member to wipe them for us, which they did do. Whilst the ice creams were yummy, the store and surrounds were not. A bit more cleanliness needed both in and outside the store especially in these...
Read moreMy kids were served by a shockingly rude young blonde teenage girl. She was using her phone and ignored them for over five minutes while they were waiting to be served. I thought it would be a good experience to teach my 5 and 7 year old to learn how to order at your establishment, however upon being served, she rolled her eyes at them and muttered something incoherent under her breath. My kids are now scared to order things on their own. I hope you improve your customer service. I won’t be...
