ALDI — Local services in Sydney

My boyfriend and I have been buying my groceries here every week for the last few months and have always received the worst customer service from Angus who is usually working on the register. Today I was shopping alone and was clearly overwhelmed trying to juggle all of my items. As usual, Angus was scanning items as quickly as possible with no regard for whether people could keep up. At the end of having all of my items scanned I was so overwhelmed trying to carry everything that I ended up dropping some items on the ground. Not once during the process did he offer to help or say anything to me except “you forgot your bags”. It was another staff member who had to come from another part of the store to help me pick up my items from the ground. I didn’t catch his name but he was very kind and apologised for the whole interaction. The whole time I was being served by Angus he seemed annoyed that I wasn’t picking up my items faster and this has been the case for every other time I have been served by him. Would not recommend the customer service here at all, I understand they need to be efficient when on the register but it wouldn’t hurt to be...

I bought a trolley token from theres, when I was about to pay the item, I was at pay counter.

when the employee (cashier),take my selected item. Then he scan it. And was about to pass it to me. He drop it off from a high place. After give me a disrespectful laugh. Definitely racist behavior because of I'm Asian? Treat me so disrespectful. So rude.

I cant believe there's a guy who work for Aldi. I have been supporting aldi for 8 years. This is the first time to seen that situation But on me!

This Aldi stocks Alcohol at very competitive prices. It's Pleasure to shop here, the staff is friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. It honours a great return policy if you have the docket and dies not make you feel uncomfortable returning items at all. It is basically a no questions asked approach. The Veggies are always fresh and available in season and the meat is good quality at a fair, price. I mainly shop here and can recommend this ALDI. Only down side is that in typical Aldi approach, everything is not regularly available. One week you get Cauliflower and the next week they may or may not have it in stock so it's a bit of a pot luck approach but when they gave it, it will be...
