Yes I agree with the previous review that the women I encountered here were only considerate to who they personally approve of which is not customer service (1 JOB). I was in this office this morning paying for my CTP and was pretty turned off by the way I was treated. My rego was due 2 days on Sat which I came in to pay in person as I was unable to online but unfortunately the centre was closed. So I came in first thing this morning. The first question I was asked by the front desk was how did you get here ( which is none of their business?). I answered honestly thinking they were decent humans and was confronted with her raising her voice and saying not once, twice but 3 times that it was a good i didn’t get caught by the police which was a very obvious attempt to let everyone in the store present of my actions. Wow! When I mentioned to the next customer rep that it wasn’t a very nice experience to be shamed like that she dismissed it completely by cutting me off and asking for personal details for payment. Understand that NRMA offices sell products but will not be able to help you if you have an issue with those products. I have an NRMA insurance claim but to resolve that I can only do so on the phone or online NOT in an office. So the office will sell you the product, take your money and then not be able to help.
