Castle Towers is a commendable shopping centre that caters for nearly every possible requirement one could ask for . The multi level establishment has plenty of parking and a vast diversity of stores that include department stores , grocery stores ( coles & Aldi ) , bottle shops , food court , clothing stores , accessories stores , pharmacies, technology stores, toy shops , specialty & thrift stores , fishmongers , butchers , bakeries ( but no Baker’s Delight) , banks /services, help desks , numerous lifts & amenities. Plenty more things to add to the list but most prominent of the remainder in no particular order are the brilliant restaurants throughout the piazza , the Event movie theatres /cinemas -gold class & the ironically named JT party store that i honestly 100% have absolutely no affiliation with ! Yes the Towers are more than good but pick your times as the place can get quite crowded .

11th March 2023 update - Hi All Viewers & Centre Management, I have been back to the towers quite a few times over the last 8 weeks and I am proud of this amazingly constructed shopping centre . Very difficult to fault anything at all and the parking spaces proved on either side of Castle Street within the multi level carparks are more than ample . Like others have said previously this mega shopping centre is way ahead of its time and an excellent place to do your shopping , eat out at an impressive selection of restaurants & vendors at the food courts /Piazza or relax at the Event Cinemas amongst much , much more .

April update: a couple of recent visits and most impressed with Criniti’s Italian restaurant a week ago , piazza looked amazing as per usual . 🥇 Credibility goes to those who sample the food or services they upload as opposed to simply taking photos of shopfronts , therefore you can trust my reviews 🙏 May & June visits to the Towers have been updated accordingly & it is great to see consistently positive reviews posted by others . The Towrers & Piazza are a must if you have yet to visit this brilliant mega shopping centre . Enjoy 😊 *July 8th we dropped in to view the new Indiana Jones movie at the awesome Events Gold Class Cinema followed up by a succulent meal at the Piazza from Kinn Thai . Totally Excellent as per usual 🥇

October update - I have been back to the towers & can only reiterate the top rating above . Excellent as always .

Castle Towers is like how in the 1950s people kind of imagined the future (without the hover boards). It is a market, an indoor market where international brands, well know stores and ease of access are part and parcel of the way we engage in consumer society. More of everything. Products, items and things available at your fingertips. Keep hearing the buzz from the ether that physical shopping is over, not according to the busy and active shopping centre I saw today. The place was packed to the gills. Thousands of coffee sipping people walking, talking and shopping until their hearts give out. Growing up in the product poverty of the 1970s and 1980s in comparison to Castle Towers Shopping and product Zanzibar is mind blowing. The entire design, the architecture and the ease of movement is a smooth and hypnotic experience. Clean, fresh and climate cool. The scents are not of the outdoor markets of ye olde times, where freshly butchered meat hung alongside the flies and stench of badly maintained sweets. Think how beautiful the toilets are. Clean and healthy to use. The entire system so wonderfully created from decades of investment and consumer addiction has produced this the Giza of shopping. So really shopping has become a pastime and the centre has opened its legs for those who wish to enter. A magnificent centre of consumer brilliance. If it’s hot visit to be cool, if it’s cold visit to be warm if it’s raining visit to be dry. This centre has everything and almost anything people want, need and desire. Regardless of the mom & pop stores of popular fiction (and that is a myth) shopping centres are the centre of the consumer universe and Castle Towers has played into that at the highest level. Though more parking is required because the dream of public transportation has failed the modern consumer. This the madness of thousands of cars hunting for parking spots reduced the ambience of a pleasant shopping visit to the rough and tumble of early humans hunting on...

Alfie and Noa is the worst bookshop I have ever been into. From the moment my wife and I entered the shop, they were harassing us.

There are no prices on any books, so you have no choice but to ask. So I said fine please give me the price, but they insist that you come to the counter with them... I think some weird sales tactic that they think that they will keep you at the counter and you will buy ready or not.

I just wanted to have a look at this book and browse a few other books and decide what I wanted. Then I was looking at another book they recommended during their harassment, side-by-side trying to get a feel for which book suited me ... Of which I had every intention off buying one, that's the whole reason I went to Castle Towers tonight. However, I couldn’t concentrate on that as I had other sales people again harassing me to get prices.

Finally said to one of the sales guys that I don’t want him to get a price for me, it should just be on the book, of which he replied it's not a problem ... I find it very much a problem and inconvenient that you have to ask each time to get a price, at which point they expect you to come to the counter with them.

To top it off the manager came up behind me and said you’re not allowed to take photos, which I was not taking any photos, which led to an altercation between him and I. At this point, my wife was already walking out the door because she felt threatened being in there because of the constant harassment.

Part of the allure of bookshops is to browse. I have bought from this bookshop before, but never again.

I would not recommend this shop to anybody. And it’s funny when you look at the Google reviews of the lowest rated reviews of Castle Towers they are every other review and all similar stories.

PS. Although I would have bought the book tonight if they didn't harass me, regardless of the price. Due to the harassment and altercation, I left and I purchased it on Amazon for $10 less, with free one...

Very happy with this mall! It has everything I need, always clean and tidy. Excellent customer service – they helped me kindly when I got stuck in the parking lot. Really impressed!”
