Misleading menu and disappointing service – be cautious.

We ordered the vegetarian plate, which clearly stated it includes rice and bread. However, after we paid, the staff told us it’s actually rice or bread – a frustrating change that was never mentioned beforehand. Even more disappointing, they forgot to include the vine leaves entirely.

When we raised the issue, the staff admitted it was a known mistake but still chose not to inform us before taking our payment. This felt deceptive, almost like tricking customers into paying under false pretenses.

To make matters worse, the food itself was underwhelming. The falafel was dry and tasted stale – definitely not fresh or enjoyable.

The staff are not friendly at all they charged us extra + we wanted a can of drink I gave Money to my child to buy a can of drink they gave her a worm lemonade bottle when I took it back the told me your problem! why you didn’t tell us before you want a can so we are not able to give your change and they didn’t give my change they just changed the Bottle to a can and there were two ladies very rude I asked them why you can’t give my change but you can only change my drink and I heard one of the lady talked to other one and she said that’s ok we can’t give the change tell her to go and they didn’t wear gloves never 👎🏿 Never 👎🏿 go to that shop even one star is too much...

Wonderful experience, when you come near this store you can smell the goodness. Generous servings coupled with quality foods. Edited on 26th Jan 2023: Horrible experience, this kind of meat should not be allowed to be sold for human consumption. I bought the meat for myself and the chicken for my wife. After a bite or two, in the bin it goes. Awful to the max. Centre management should install a rubbish bin in front of this store. The owner should know better.
