Went into the Plaza recently and thought okay we might treat ourselves and support businesses, closes 5:30. Get there at 4:20 and try to order milkshakes to go with out donuts where the girl informs us that she is closed and only serving what's in the display. Today there were 3 other customers waiting to be served none of us were acknowledged or served. Those girls have no customer service skills at all.
