I have a bad an experience to the shop rules. I bought a phone’s case. My phone is iphone 15 pro but i accidentally took iphone 15 pro max because the mixed up cases in the shelves same row (you can check your shelves). I came back to the shop for changed same product (same design only want to get a right size) within 4 days but they just said “no exchange mind” not even considered the reason behind it. Went in to get a few gifts and unexpectedly stuff for myself too! I must say the male staff with tattoos and also female staff with tattoos (forgot to get their names) gave superb service! The male staff was very helpful with finding blind boxes as they were in the middle of restocking and it was kind of mixed up. Fantastic new shop in Penrith’s Westfield mall! There’s a huge variety of products, from blind boxes & bags to keychains, stuffed animals, socks, perfume… a lot of their items are Disney or Sanrio branded, and all are official IP authorised products in great quality and reasonably priced.
