This place is the worst .rude staff. There is one middle aged Asian lady who is so rude. She just throws away the napkins and her gesture is just unacceptable. I. HmmUfff, She literally is uncivilised. Seems like she was just brought from a jungle and put in there. I went to the shopping. There were many other restaurants but then felt like eating Chinese, that’s the reason I went there. But no, never again. She should stay at home. Paying her is not worth. Food are bad so as the service. The staff wasn't friendly at all. Had no manners and rude. I ordered laksa didn't even bother to ask what if I want after I told her my order she was rudely told me how much and gave the eftpost not even saying thank you and grab her phone straight away. So I sat down waiting for my food, I saw the cook put my food on the counter but this lady(staff) doesnt even bother to look till I ask her and not even saying a word just gave my food and touch her phone again. Happyyear downstairs near Redlea chicken has great food but the rude girl named Jess makes it a bad place to eat, better I spend my money somewhere else or upstairs where the lady Helen? Is really nice, perhaps the owner should get Jess to work with her OT learn some manners and customer service skills, very disappointed.
