It's policy that you earned this one star. Pathetic shop won't accept a $20 note because the corner has a tear in it. What a joke. Check how many drinks I've bought from your shop and the company in general. Your loss. Little Cha down the other end gladly took the $20 that is worth exactly $20.
Update: Your reply does you no justice, at all. I manage and run a shop in Parramatta and we take in plenty of cash. The teller will remove the damaged note from circulation and replace it with a fresh note, count it and safe it. The banks have no issues with notes even down to 80% in tact. What absurdity to think less than 3% of a note being damaged will cause grief with a bank. Maybe it will get rejected in a pokie machine but NO BANK IN AUSTRALIA will reject the note.
Incomplete Banknotes: If a banknote is incomplete, the value is determined based on the percentage remaining, with full value paid if less than 20% is missing, and value paid proportionally if between 20-80% is missing, but no value is paid if more than 80% is missing.
Your Penrith store will NEVER have me as a customer again. Pathetic response.
I have issues with you charging fees which exceed what the rates are from the bank but yet we still tap. So sad.
Even if you "welcome" me back, I will not come...
Read moreVery very disappointed and feel humiliated. First of all I lived nearby the Westfield so I am a regular customer of this shop.
But last time as I ordered pearl milk tea, a female staff gave me a taro milk tea. I said I ordered the pearl milk tea rather than the tarp tea,but she was pretty tough and arrogant and told me it is exactly what I ordered and she can do nothing with that. She said you have confirmed the order so thatâs not my problem! Wow okay, she didnât ask me to confirm at all. I often buy milk tea during my shopping, this time itâs really disgusting and creepy. Well maybe she was too tired to put a right order, but I canât accept her attitude. Eventually she herself refused to commit its her mistake and didnât give me an exchange or refund. Only very tough and arrogant attitude!
I felt really bad and told this to my friend, she is a owner of a cafe ,she said normally her staff just changing the order if their customers thought the orders were wrong.so she canât understand the attitude of this lady at all.
I think I will never be back and after that I tried another shop: little tea, their pearl milk tea is even better than gongcha. So happy that I can drink better milk tea without going the horrible...
Read moreGot a milk tea with, toppings on my break, at 12 but was given a thin straw that clogged up after afew sips, went back afterwork to see if I could get it remade (since milk rots at room temp and it had been 3 hours) and was told all they could to add ice to it, and give me a new straw, which Was just gross given it had been in room temp for 3 hours, some ice wasnât going to stop it from making me sick.(wouldâve returned earlier if I wasnât working) I got frustrated and threw it out anyway, but Iâm really hoping the guy who told me that, was lying about being the assistant manager, because he should know more about food...
