Went into Dior at DJ at around 5:30pm today to look at bags for myself and my partner. Upon arrival the two Asian girls working did not greet or approach us. We were the only people in the store at this time so Iâm unsure why no greetings or assistance was provided. As we walked around the store we noticed both girls watching and following us closely around the store. At one point I grabbed a bag to show my partner, as I turned to show him I STEPPED ON THE STAFF MEMBER because she was standing so close behind me.The staff member didnât even apologise for invading my personal space and just stared at me as if I was doing something wrong. As a young brown girl this made me feel extremely uncomfortable and as if I was being racially profiled by the staff. The treatment made me feel as if they thought I was going to steal an item when in reality all I wanted to do was purchase an item for myself. Ruined my mood for the rest of the day. Worst experience ever!!! Will never go back to this store, would give zero...
   Read moreSunday, I received rude customer service that i never seen before at any Dior store. It was very disappointing and I can't understand the attitude of your Staff name Yehni or Yeni. We entered this store after waiting, Yeni came infront of us without any greeting or smiling. When my wife explained the bag were looking for, I asked again with a puzzled look, and after seaching the website on my phone and showed her, she corrected me by changing the bag name and words. Bad expression and not a single smile the whole time i was buying and paying. It was my wife's birthday so we went there to buy a gift and came back with a bad mood. Thinking of canceling and buying it online but wanted to buy it on the day of her birthday. It's a service that could not be seen at any Dior store or David Jones in Sydney. I was happy with all other Dior stroe in the Airport and the castleleagh st stores. Dior management or David Jones management team need to improve their staff...

I was accompanied by my partner who was looking at the handbags, the lady was following us around not saying anything not offering any support/help and INVADING personal space. My partner proceeded to step backwards to show me a handbag and the lady was standing behind her as if she was trying to stalk/examine as if she was stealing or something? Multiple times she would attempt to walk near and around us to examine both myself and my partner. If I could provide a 0 star rating I would. This is not how you treat customers. In that instance my partner was wanting to purchase a bag but due to the workers making her feel discriminated and uncomfortable we chose to leave immediately.
