Goldmart — Local services in Sydney

Korean grocery store with a butcher attached and homeware/cookware above that has been here for a number of years. To me personally, Goldmart has only been getting better and better since the new management took over. Not only have they gone into an effort to renovate the store, but they definitely did it with the customers as priority in mind. Their renovation in total took place I believe over 2 separate days. The renovation also pleasantly surprised me as they introduced multiple new freezers and very well lit fridges. There was also an introduction of many new products including more veges/fruits, drinks, ice creams, seafood, frozen Korean food, ready made meals, alcohol, Korean snacks and more. Their registers also underwent a renovation with new faster tablets. The new manager is also very friendly and will happily engage in a chat or assist you readily with anything. They are also the most hard-working store ever closing for 2 days for the renovations and on Christmas day every year. You can truly say they're the 7Eleven of the Korean world. There is a man with glasses in the butcher shop area. Please be careful. I ordered a Beef LA, and he gave me an unfresh one. He let me choose which one I wanted to buy, and I chose a fresh one, but my sister was lined up in the checkout area. Unfortunately, she forgot to bring her wallet (There are two checkout areas, one in the meat selling area and another in the middle of the shop), so I went to the center counter to help my sister pay for it. Fabulous Korean Suoermarket in Chatswood , with an amazing Butcher attached .Parking available on side roads. Super efficient courteous and friendly staff , always happy to help . Great fresh vegetables and fruits are also available (though limited) You will find a wide variety of groceries here n they also offer home cooked ready to eat meals n dishes. Love their Kimchi!!
