Terrible customer service. Ordered a pizza and drink on Sunday for lunch at 1230. Initially pick up time was 12.45. When I arrive at stated time. I'm told then it'll take another hour. So I decide to do some shopping nearby and come back at 1.45pm.
Unsurprisingly, they said it'll take another 20 minutes as they have just started making the pizza. So again I come back after 20 minutes and it's still not ready. When I asked how much longer at this point, the lady said if I didn't like it I could cancel my ordet. What absolutely appalling service.
Starving at this point I decide to wait it out as my order was "now in the oven". Didn't end up getting my food until 2.20pm, almost 2 hours after my order.
What pizza shop takes almost 2 hours to make a pizza. Well, if at least they told me up front, I would've ordered elsewhere. But no, I am promised inaccurate time and again to essentially keep me on the hook.
Top top it off, the lady was extremely rude and had no grasp of customer service or an appreciation off a customer's time. Seriously don't understand how a person like her can get a job based on that attitude and inefficiency in preparing food.
Will gladly take my business elsewhere from now on with the other 3 pizza shops along...

THE MOST USELESS SERVICE IVE EVER SEEN! I've ordered $70 dollars out of this store, somehow they just cancelled the two Crust Deli Piadinas, without any warning, a thought or what so ever about perhaps giving me a call, offering me a pizza or something else?!?!?! COMPLETE DISREGARD TO THE CUSTOMER’S MONEY, TIME AND SATISFACTION!
NO, just simply cancel the order, send for refund, now takes God knows how long to get the money back, hence was already taken by DoorDash.
BUT, guess what, they had the brilliant idea of sending me just the SPRITE out of the order! Out of an order of $70 they sent me only the SPRITE!
That's how ridiculous the service at this store is! Used to order constantly from them, after a few hiccups here and there, this was it, absolutely not ordering anymore! GET STUFF OUT OF YOUR MENU IF YOU’RE NOT SUPPLYING IT!
This was for an item that they gave on their menu, made in house, just as a PIZZA.
I could not possibly believe the owner is anywhere near this store, or if they even have a manager around, as this is such a joke on anyone’s mind about...

Extremely disappointed by the racist behaviour I witnessed here. I saw an African and an Asian customer quietly waiting for their own takeaway orders at this pizza shop. Instead of simply asking how he could help, the owner walked up and demanded they both show their orders immediately — clearly assuming they were delivery drivers just because of how they looked. Once he realised they were paying customers, he didn’t even bother to apologise. He just muttered “interesting” and gave them a condescending look, as if it was surprising that people like them would order food there. This is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on how they treat people from different backgrounds.
