All good things eventually come to an end. We’ve been loyal customers for 20+ years, but our recent order was a severe disappointment. Under the new management, what used to be restaurant quality Thai food (expensive but generous portions, enough for two) has been replaced by smaller servings and noticeably lower quality: 1. Seafood noodle soup - menu describes “thick rice noodles with seafood”, but we received 80 cent instant noodles with a few pieces of seafood. Instant noodles in an $18.50 Thai dish (photo attached) and the taste was unpleasant 2. Massaman beef - portion too small for one person, and the small tub was mostly watery sauce 3. Pad See Ew – very small amount of chicken, almost no egg, and the flavour was nothing like the rich, authentic taste it used to have. It’s obvious that cost cutting has taken priority over quality. Sadly, this is no longer the place we loved. Don’t waste your money - you’ll be disappointed.

The worst thai food I’ve ever had without exaggeration. We ordered chicken pad kee mao which comes with fat noodles chilli and basil. What we got was something not even edible. One shred of chicken and instead they put mussels in it which were smelly to the core. Full of random tasteless vegetables mot even worth the garbage bin. They did not even disclosed what they did, instead they packed it and we got the surprise later. Just stay away

We ordered the BBQ Beef salad and Singapore Noodles. Both dishes completely inedible. The meat had been placed straight on the two (yes 2) bits of lettuce, 3 slices of cucumber and 2 cherry tomatoes which were swimming in rancid meat juice. The beef was tough and had a very off smell to it. The Singapore noodles were bland and flavourless. Do not waste your time even trying this place, there is a fantastic Thai restaurant few doors up.

Been going there since 1996- they closed down maybe 97/98 for a while to refurbish - when they opened that Sat night - there were queues for 100 meters!. This place has a "cult" following. They have maybe 4-5 tables, their water containers etc are dingy etc, the furnishings are seedy, but they have EVERYTHING they cook in-front of you, and everything is super fresh. Their customer service is average, but their food is INCREDIBLE. EVERY dish they make is 10/10. Especially Pad Thai, Pad See Ew, and their Laksa. This place is an icon of the North Shore of Sydney. Don't expect to "easily" get a dine in seat on Fri night or Sat/Sun....but if you do dine in - their portions are massive. Truly one of THE BEST small Thai joints in Sydney. Go there - take your first date there - you will have an amazing...

Huge disappointment. Myself & family have been eating here for 20 plus years, tonight 23/8 my wife & I ate in, ordered our usual only to be served up something that was completely different, my stir fried beef with chilli & basil was in fact stir fried onions with some other veggies maybe cabbage, not really sure, my wife ordered stir fried beef & oyster sauce, again pretty much no beef no oyster sauce & some weird glupey tasteless sauce. Also noticed all the food prep windows all covered up almost hiding something. I suspect a change in ownership, sorry to say won’t be returning. A big shout out to the previous owners who did such a fantastic job, also to the friendly staff who...
