Lovebites Bondi — Local services in Sydney

I ordered grazing boxes from this business for a private event and was very disappointed with what was delivered, especially given the $715 cost. I opted out of the $150 fee for set up and delivery. The grazing boxes were for children and I specifically decided to spend this money as I didn't want to feed them food full of preservatives and additives.

The website states “locally sourced ingredients,” which led me to believe I would be receiving something homemade and thoughtfully prepared. Instead, the boxes consisted almost entirely of supermarket items (cupcakes, sausage rolls, popcorn, hummus, bread, fruit, cheese, etc.). The owner literally, took things out of a woolies package and put it in a grazing box. Food full of additives and preservatives.

I raised this with the owner and asked for 50% refund given I felt utterly scammed, but only a partial refund of 30% was offered. I felt misled, and the value for money simply wasn’t there. I declined this offer and have raised the matter with fair trading.
