Great Park if you like ocean views. Lots of young people playing sports on the field. Dog walking is plentiful for locals and visitors. The park stretches from the cemetery to the Gap at Watson's Bay and is flush with walkers, joggers, veiwers etc.. Packed on Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race as it's 100 metres above sea level. The bunkers and lighthouse are nice to wander through its history with plenty of information markers placed there by the Council. Walking to the middle of the park gets you fantastic city views to the west. I'm betting this is packed on new years Eve as well.

Absolutely beautiful park. An absolute favourite of mine. Although the best mode of transport is via car. There are limited bus lines to the Vaucluse/Watson's Bay area. It is worth a visit. Several beaches that are rarely busy. Learn to scuba dive in the area, a family friendly park nearby, trails/bush for families or friends to explore in area. The light house is worth seeing. The water that meets the cliff is breath taking. There is a trail the goes along the cliff. Great quick getaway from people and the city.

A park above the coast line facing the Pacific Ocean along the New South Head Road in Vaucluse is a good place for leisurely walks or exercise for the jogging, team sports (basketball, soccer, etc) as well as for children to play and ride bikes, and the animal lovers to walk their dogs! It is also a good place to spot the whales during their annual seasonal migration. There is always parking available the road.
