Millennium Pizza — Restaurant in Sydney

Have to say I love my Millennium, always the thinnest crust and deliciously fresh ingredients. BUT THAT was up to a few weeks ago? As something as simple as the Caprice Pizza, and then the FIREY HOT Chili that they changed to, a heat that won't go out? Simply ridiculous. I have been eating at this establishment for 12 years, and it seems an insult that something that is so obvious as using such hot THAI CHILI to be used on an Italian food product, which used to be perfect as it was, why destroy the flavor? It ruined our evening of guests and my impressions. It seems that our dear friends at Millennium are losing there touch? Been falling off in quality, PLEASE...

I was pumped that there was a pizza store so near our place and it looked good and authentic. The toppings were fresh. Reasonably priced too. But the pizza was quite tasteless. It had these really insipid tomato slices, which I had to take off. The sauce was very scarce and tasteless. I think that's what killed it. The base was ok. Unfortunately, I'll have to go out on a far quest to get pizza in future. Disclaimer. You may disagree as I'm picky when it comes to pizza. Eaten it here, around Italy, and I have a proper woodfired oven. Unfortunately not...

I have ordered pizza from here a couple of times and I have to say that when we ordered two gluten free pizza's it was extremely soggy, burnt on the edges and not cooked in the middle - it was like a pizza cake! We spoke to the owner and said we were upset at the quality after spending almost $50 on two pizza's... We were met with extremely rude and arrogant responses to our concerns with him ending up shouting down the phone at us. We will not be ordering from here again and would only recommend the food to...
