Longer version: 1)I just was forced to visit their physical office at Parramatta, 2)booked a slot, got a call back asking to prepone so had to do it , went there on time but was made to wait for approx 30 mins ! 3) then comes sandip/sandeep ,never really have met such an impudent professional in my past ~5 years of stay in Australia.The way I was signed to go into his room ,the way he spoke ,his approach towards your immigration related queries,general courtesy ,you name it , not even a single aspect went even below average , outright disastrous experience!!

These guys PR package may seem little on downside but with this behaviour and treatment towards customers,should make them irrelevant in market sooner!
