Odeon Cinema — Local services in Sydney

went to the 12pm session today with my two kids and ordered 3 ice creams,two drinks and two popcorns,ordered while paying for the tickets.then popped to the bathroom and the owner with the limp and grey hair demanded my kids to hurry up and get the food,I'm not sure what the rush was but my kids said they were waiting for me to come back.the owner didn't care.i was 2 mins and the owner got the order wrong and gave me 3 popcorns.i wanted to exchange it and receive the 3rd ice cream that I payed for but instead of saying sorry and doing so,as it was his mistake and doing a very simple exchange he yelled at me to calm down.i was calm,he wasn't used to people wanting to exchange something as it will then look badly on him that he stuffed up.the lady who served me to start with was mouthless,she could off said to the block that I was right and he was wrong.such a angry man shouldn't be...

High tech sight and sound, in a lovely, old, refurbished, vintage theatre with old-world charm and plush comfort. Mirror backed choc-top and lolly bar where you can enjoy a chat with other visitors. Lovely friendly, passionate staff. Theatre is always clean. The Odeon is always our first choice for every movie and we've also been to fundraiser movies for a cause held there which have a great atmosphere.
