I never make reviews but I just had to say - worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I came in, knew exactly what for, grabbed it, walked to til to purchase. I waited at the til for about 15 mins while a member of staff spoke with another client at that same til. I figured the client needed 1on1 advice so I gave them plenty of time and space to chat. Eventually the client acknowledged me and that I just needed to purchase one thing however continued chatting so I told the staff member I would grab a coffee and come back to purchase.I returned 10 mins later with coffee and walked to til with same product to purchase. She was so so rude, so sarcastic and spoke so condescending to me when I accidentally put my card on the wrong part of eftpos machine to pay. Spent almost 20 minutes completely ignoring me, treating me as though I’m invisible only to then be upset with me? Make it make sense…. I work in retail myself and completely understand certain clients need more advice on things but I would NEVER treat someone as though they’re not right in my eye-line for almost 20 mins. I’ll always acknowledge each clients presence and I work in an environment 10x busier. She seemed more upset about the fact I didn’t need her advice and ‘how was she to know’. What an ego. Read moreI went in the store the other day and didnt have much time. I knew what I wanted to purchase. I stood near the items I wanted to buy. And looked at the lady standing at the counter and now standing there for a few minutes I havent been greeted or even acknowledged that I was in their store. I heard banter coming from the back of the store, to my understanding what sounded like other staff members laughing quite loudly. I even said ‘hey’ in a polite way to the lady standing at the counter and she still didnt look up at me. Seriously im trying to buy something and be on my way the LEAST you can do is acknowledge me. Finally a staff member from the back came down to help me. Didnt even greet me with a smile she was also plain and abrupt and not very inviting. I was in a rush so I asked for the products that I was looking for- at least they had stock. To be honest. Shocking service. I have worked in sales and retail spaces for over 15 years. I just couldn’t believe what I experienced especially in a health food store which is meant to be a place of calm wholesome energy. Read moreI have only ever had good customer service from Rawesome staff. They know their products, make good suggestions, and have always been most helpful. When something isn't available, they would notify me as soon as it is back in stock, and put aside what I've ordered. I have also noticed that they carry products I have not been able to find at other health shops.
It is all too easy to forget to let people know when you're happy with the service, but then don't think twice about complaining when you're dissatisfied. I would like to let Rawesome know how much I appreciate having them in Hornsby. My husband and I are most definitely happy Rawesome customers.
Keep up the good work and make sure you stay in Hornsby. We would not like to have to go elsewhere for good...
