EDITT: SHOWPO HAVE REALLY REDEEMED THEMSELVES ! I was able to get through on the phone each time I called with minimal waiting time. My order was sent parcel post after paying for express post. I ordered Tuesday, so when Friday came around and no parcel for Wine Machine on the weekend, I freaked out. Called them and they had the item sent 4 hour delivery and it reached me in 2 !! and returned the other. I have never been happier with ShowPo ! Keep up the good work :)
I have used Showpo several times and always had a great experience. Great options and quick delivery. In saying that, I will never shop from Showpo again... I ordered an item 7am yesterday which is guaranteed to be posted by 3pm. At 4pm, I still had not received tracking;. So I decided to call them... after attempting 4 times to get through with no avail, I left a voicemail. No one called me back. I then emailed them and received a record breaking quick response. However, this was of not help to me and didn't fix my issue. It is now2pm and I have called 32 times getting through once inbetween to speak to a lovely woman who did what she could and told me to get my outfit for the weekend, I would need to cancel my order, wait a week for the refund.. but in the time being, order a new one with their same day delivery service. Annoyed, but I decided to do this. Before I had a change to order, aprox an hour after this phone call, I received and email with MY SHIPPING FOR MY ORIGINAL ORDER !!!! SO now I have $160 spent on 2 of the same dresses , and clearly will need to speak to someone to have this rectified. I have tried another 12 times in the past hour to call and every time being first in line but going to message bank ! Read moreIf I could put 0 stars I would. Everything I’ve purchased from Showpo has been horrible quality, mostly arrives faulty or I wear the item once or twice and it falls apart. Their service, although always cheerful, it feels fake & impersonal, especially seeing as you can ask for one thing and get something completely different and they don’t acknowledge the full conversation you’ve had with them because in one email thread you could be talking to different people.. They have no concern for the actual person they’re speaking to. I’ve been going back & forth with them pretty much this whole year, trying to get rid of store credit but everything i’ve received is faulty (this has happened 2/3 times in a row) they won’t agree to a refund, even though I can prove the item is faulty. For those choosing to purchase from Showpo, I highly urge you to reconsider. Even if you do get something you like & it miraculously comes to you in one piece, I swear to you it will fall apart in just a couple wears. Their prices aren’t even cheap, huge waste of money that you’ll spend half a year trying to sort out.
UPDATE: After I received a reply from Showpo on my review, I tried to reach out to Jo, like she said but staff are refusing to do that, they say they will sort it out themselves. They told me to give them some time so I did then I got $11.47 refunded, obviously not the full amount I paid! When I questioned, they reply all fake & jolly ignoring everything I'd said previously. Read moreAfter being recommended this site by a friend I thought it would be a good experience. When my dress arrived it came ripped and the zipper was broken. Already unhappy with the experience I thought the return process would be easy it definitely wasn’t. They proceeded to tell me they had emailed me the return label but it was not attached to the email they had sent me and at that point It was the only day that I could return the item before the return time frame as I was out of the country therefore I had to pay for my own return label. When going back and forth between emails for two days and telling them that I had already shipped it back and wanted a refund of the return label as well the email I received back was that they had emailed me the return label which was no help at all. Constantly asking for a refund on both the dress and the return label only now have they said that they will refund me the dress but not the return label which is very frustrating. I completely understand that scamming is definitely a problem but given all the screenshots and receipts that I have sent it feels like the customer service was not sympathetic nor did I feel like my emails were getting read properly. The last email I have received said that they will not refund me the shipping label amount because they emailed a shipping label a day AFTER I had already returned the dress. Once again I completely understand if this was my fault and if the dress didn’t fit but it’s the pure fact that it came damaged before I had the opportunity to put it on and everything after it was a hassle.
