TK Maxx Haymarket — Local services in Sydney

Regulary shopping in TKMaxx Haymarket but today is the first time i got disappointed service while Here. The Cashier was Rude Name Kelly. I’m a mom with the pram, i carry a lot of things with me & still need to grab other things to buy. But because of i can’t carry everything in one time, so bring some to the cashier area & ask the staff which was Kelly to put it in the cashier area first & i will come back to grab other stuffs that i wanna buy to cashier & pay all together. But she said i can’t leave it my stuff in the cashier & ask me to bring the trolley with me. Excuse me, i need to push my pram & bring the trolley with me. Are u serious ?. So i decided to pay straight away & not come back to grab my other stuffs. Anyway I’ve same case before but another staff help me to keep my stuffs in the cashier area while i grab other stuff from the back. Went to this store at 7.45 pm just to quickly have a look a dress and will straight away buying it for my mom's present cause I am in hurry too. Got rejected entry by the security guard and he said "I just closed". Before me there is a girl that went inside the store and he allows her. I told him that the store is close at 8pm and he kept repeating the same sentence. I always come here everytime I finished working and was coming in exactly same time like today, it was fine

If your so called closing time is not accurate, please changed it. Look at your stores time that you put on google, and STICK TO IT. And tell to that bald security man to not being aggressive. Do your job properly and actually KNOWING when to completely shut the door due to the...
