My eight year old daughter was seriously injured in Billa Corso supermarket at the Henry;s buffet table by the hot soup terrine that is completely unprotected during high density traffic by someone pushing her onto the hot metal pot that resulted in two weeks active medical care at the burn center (see image at bottom}
At the time this happened I requested first aid treatment none was available , then I requested to file written accident report .for that request I was made to feel like weird person for that kind of request after some time past the manager provided me w. FLAMAZINE & had me speak to an woman representing HENRYS (Melanie Hasenauer ) corporate office acknowledge the liability & further assured me that this matter will receive the at most attention of the person charged w. this duty . On April 26 I received an email from Mrs. Hasenauer stating that client service representative would contact me that didn't take place instead , I received complete denial of liability & criminal accusation of child negligence lodged by i.V. Matthias Luft AIG insurance rep in addition my daugther was deamed metaly ill for not aknowliging that the pot being hot .( real quality national sarcasm)
When I contacted Mrs. Hasenauer by telephone I was informed that she no longer is with the firm the employee whom I spoke w; assured.me that he would communicate my issues to the appropriate person I have not had any contact from anyone in this matter
This criminal activity is most concerning given the fact of the fascist state of establishment we exist today which is clearly demonstrated here w. Mr Matthias vulgar careless & sadistic statements that could only come from seriously impaired or corrupt individual (individuals have no rights against multinational organizations like AIG or REWE due to rampart greed & versed options of bribes)
Criminal negligence is now the prevailing status as the merchant didn't have any emergency medical supply to treat this incident didn't offer any immediate medical care didn't have any structure for accident report & the most vulgar & offensively hostile position is taken by an corporate "HIT MANN BRANDED AIG" that sells insurance coverage for accidents but in reality employs street hit man characters like Mr. Matthias to commit crimes protected by AIG capital &...

The store has a spacious layout, making it easy to navigate and find everything from fresh produce to pantry staples, as well as a great selection of local and international items.
The fresh produce section stands out for its quality, with a good range of fruits, vegetables, and meats that are usually well-stocked and fresh. They also have an impressive deli and bakery section, offering freshly baked bread and pastries that are perfect for a quick snack or meal.
One of the highlights of Billa Plus is its variety, especially when it comes to organic and specialty products. It's a one-stop shop for anyone looking for gluten-free, vegan, or other health-conscious options. The prices are fair, especially for a larger supermarket chain in Vienna, and they often have special offers and discounts.
The service is generally efficient, with friendly staff at the checkout. However, during peak hours, it can get quite busy, and you might experience longer wait times at the cash registers. Despite that, Billa Plus is a reliable and convenient option for grocery shopping in Vienna, with a great selection of products and a pleasant shopping...
Read moreExtremely disappointing experience. I was staying at a condo nearby for 2 nights. I walked into the store at 7:45 pm unaware of the store closes at 8 pm. I walked around choosing a few items from the fridges and spent a few minutes picking a beer when a guy stocking the shelves started hushing me out "because the store is closed now". I had intended to pick some sausage from the deli counter and stopped to ask for it when the girl snapped that she couldn't sell me anything anymore since it was past 8 (I believe 8:05 at this time). While I was not happy about it it was the following comment that upset me the most - under her breath she muttered "could have asked earlier". As I clarified that we only got to the area a short time before she "clarified" that I spent time walking around the store rather than talk to her first. I am perfectly fine with complying with closing time but telling customers off, especially when they've made it clear they are not from town is disrespectful. At no point of time did anyone make me aware I needed to hurry or that I wouldn't be served if I was late. I doubt that I will have to go to this store again, but I wouldn't set foot there until their customer...
