We went in here just to look at what they had, no intention to buy as from what we read everything was surely well out of our price range. We were shocked with the great service, the server greeted us right away (we were the only ones there but even so) and let us freely try on items and gave us information on many of the items. Prices start at under €150 and we ended up buying something which is a great souvenir as it is made locally. We bought an engagement ring, and the brilliant fell off after less than a month of careful wearing. They organized a transfer to Wien for the ring inspection and it turned out that the ring was faulty. Therefore, after we were sold a low-quality product they also charged us for transport of the ring. In the end, we ended up without an engagement ring and with transportation charges. Mein Besuch bei Juwelier Köchert war eine absolute Enttäuschung. Die Mitarbeiter sind nicht auf mich eingegangen. Von einem so renommierten Juwelier hätte ich mir erwartet, mit Respekt und Professionalität behandelt zu werden – leider Fehlanzeige!

Die Beratung warlieblos, als ob man mich möglichst schnell wieder loswerden wollte. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis steht in keinem Verhältnis zu dem, was man geboten bekommt.
