Everything here is cheaper than any other shops around but for the quality of the items a lot of it is about supporting the locals for their hand cheap goods. I hate giving this market a low rating because the island is still recovering from hurricane and covid. There were a couple nice vendors, but the majority harrass you to buy from them. They yell accusing me of being rich and needed to share my money with them. It's mostly a bunch of vendors with souvenirs, t-shirts & shot glasses made in China. No handmade items. Great market for souvenirs, be ready to be pulled into every shop and each local has so much to share with you and hope what they have catches your eye. Prices are all decent as well.
