Artisan Dhanmondi 2 — Local services in Dhaka Metropolitan

I have visited quite a few Artisan branches (basundhara city, gulshan, mohammadpur) and their service is always great, but this branch's customer service is quite awful. The saleswoman are not helpful at all, anything you ask them for (different sizes and whatnot), they shake their heads with a blank face. I asked about a few clothes whether there's bigger/smaller sizes available and they just replied without even checking or any justification. At least if sizes aren't available just tell us whatever is on display is all that you've got. But nope. They couldn't even manage that much. Quite surprised at their behaviour because the other branches' employees all seem well trained, nothing like...

A very well disciplined staff who are available to help at anytime. My wife was browsing for pants and the store associate (Fatema) who was helping us was very patient and offered various options with different price range to find out desired items. No matter how many times my wife went back-and-forth for the right size and color in the trial room, Fatema was never without a smile to assist us.

The store looked very disorganised and chaotic. First few people those who worked for this store that we have bumped into were very reluctant and unwilling to help us find any merchandise. More interested in continuing chit-chating among themselves. Then we bumped into Mishuk Das. In my opinion, he is an asset to this company. We ended up getting way many items than we needed.
