A favorite coffee destination for people who love the smell and taste of authentic coffee. Always enjoyable with their amazing desserts. Highly recommended.
Edited: Its 17th October 2024. A day I wished never happened. Nevermind, I really needed a pick-me-up. So, I came here. I ordered a lemon-curd granola, a caramel latte and a brownie with plain cream cheese topping. A huge order compared to my usual of just a coffee or a coffee and brownie combo. But I haven't eaten anything after breakfast. Don't want to do a pity party on a food review. So, here it goes: Something about people who work in North End is so angelic, I am really not kidding. They are honestly the nicest and sweetest people in food industry. The person I placed my order with was so sweet and patient, the person who served me my food was also the same. And honestly, this world could use a little bit of kindness. People throw around cruelty a little too easily. So, its nice to witness a change. However, my order arrived relatively quicker. Like, around in 15 minutes. The latte art was beautiful. It was like a swan floating in a cup. The granola dessert was looked pretty as well with all its layer. And the brownie looked forever-decadent with a perfect round scoop of cream cheese. So, visually it was nothing short of pleasing. Tastewise, I really liked the granola dessert. This was my first time trying it, and I know I will get it again. The granola was really nutty, cinammony and crunchy with the perfect amount of sweetness, the yogurt was fresh and the lemon curd smelled of real Bangladeshi lemon with the perfect amount of sweet and tangy. It was pretty filling too. The brownie was amazing as usual - fudgy, chocolatey and crunchy. And the cream cheese was a nice touch - it kind of tastes like chocolate cheesecake altogether, which I will mever complain about. The latte was tasty too, the nice butterscotchy caramel flavour with high quality espresso made it worth the extra bucks. So, the food was in one word, immaculate. The ambience is good, as usual. This place never failed me. Highly...

I recently visited North End at Dhanmondi with the intention of enjoying a peaceful study session while sipping on a cup of coffee. However, my experience at this establishment left much to be desired due to the unprofessional and biased behavior exhibited by the staff.
Upon entering the cafe, I made my way to a table to set up my study materials. Throughout my time there, I noticed that the staff seemed to show favoritism towards customers who were engaging in casual conversations or simply enjoying their drinks, while those of us who were quietly studying were treated with disdain.
Not only did the staff fail to provide the level of customer service expected in a cafe setting, but they also went as far as to bother customers who were trying to focus on their work. This unwelcoming atmosphere made it difficult for me to concentrate and enjoy my time at North End Cafe.
It is disappointing to see such blatant discrimination towards customers based on their choice to study rather than socialize. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of how I choose to spend my time at the establishment.
Due to this negative experience, I have made the decision to no longer patronize North End Cafe. I hope that management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issues of bias and unprofessionalism displayed by the staff to ensure that all customers are welcomed and treated equally in the future.
In conclusion, I would not recommend North End Cafe to anyone looking for a welcoming and accommodating environment to study or relax in. It is truly disappointing to see such behavior in a place that should strive to create a warm and inclusive atmosphere for...
