A favorite coffee destination for people who love the smell and taste of authentic coffee. Always enjoyable with their amazing desserts. Highly recommended. Edited: Its 17th October 2024. A day I wished never happened. Nevermind, I really needed a pick-me-up. So, I came here. I ordered a lemon-curd granola, a caramel latte and a brownie with plain cream cheese topping. A huge order compared to my usual of just a coffee or a coffee and brownie combo. But I haven't eaten anything after breakfast. Don't want to do a pity party on a food review. So, here it goes: Something about people who work in North End is so angelic, I am really not kidding. They are honestly the nicest and sweetest people in food industry. The person I placed my order with was so sweet and patient, the person who served me my food was also the same. And honestly, this world could use a little bit of kindness. People throw around cruelty a little too easily. So, its nice to witness a change. However, my order arrived relatively quicker. Like, around in 15 minutes. The latte art was beautiful. It was like a swan floating in a cup. The granola dessert was looked pretty as well with all its layer. And the brownie looked forever-decadent with a perfect round scoop of cream cheese. So, visually it was nothing short of pleasing. Tastewise, I really liked the granola dessert. This was my first time trying it, and I know I will get it again. The granola was really nutty, cinammony and crunchy with the perfect amount of sweetness, the yogurt was fresh and the lemon curd smelled of real Bangladeshi lemon with the perfect amount of sweet and tangy. It was pretty filling too. The brownie was amazing as usual - fudgy, chocolatey and crunchy. And the cream cheese was a nice touch - it kind of tastes like chocolate cheesecake altogether, which I will mever complain about. The latte was tasty too, the nice butterscotchy caramel flavour with high quality espresso made it worth the extra bucks. So, the food was in one word, immaculate. The ambience is good, as usual. This place never failed me. Highly recommended.

When it comes to good coffee and ambiance, no other coffee place in dhaka can beat North End coffee roasters. The environment inside is warm and cozy. The sweet smell of freshly ground coffee beans hit immediately after entering. They have a wide arrangements of coffee and pastry items. Theirs triple chocolate cookie with hazelnut cream cheese is phenomenal. The cookie itself is a gooey chocolaty delicacy. Paired with the creamy texture of the semisweet cream cheese is an absolute winner. Their Chilli cheese croissant is also quite good. Flaky pastry with a cheesy smell and with cheese inside is a delight to have. The other pastry items such as Chocolate Brownie, Pumpkin Pastry, Bagel, Croissant are good as well. The Beef Croissant Sandwich is an absolute delish to have. Roasted smoky chunks of beef stuffed in a croissiant with cheese leaves you linegering for more. It comes with a boston sauce, which is basically a tomato sauce. It costs 429 Taka including vat. The Morrocan Mint is a very refreshing drink that packs a minty punch with a hint of lemon. It is 210 taka with vat. Their coffee, specially the hazelnut latte and Mocha is also really good. You can spend a good couple of ours minding your own business without being disturbed by anyone here. So, if you want to finish your assignment or work while having a good cup of coffee and delicious pastry, or if you want to have a date with your love one, this is definitely your place to go.

Personally I frequent northend almost 6 days a week, usually in the gulshan branch. But yesterday was just amusingly sad. Dhanmondi branch has been making me understand disappointment from my favourite coffee shop in unfortunate ways. Me and my friend ordered a roasted beef bagel with extra cheese and extra beef. The server after a while came with a roasted beef croissant. We asked them thinking they probably mixed up the table, that our order was different. The response to which is can I see your receipt(which is fair) followed by who I assume to be the manager coming along with the croissant and asking me that If I could please collaborate with him and just eat what he made me. The collaborate here made me think that perhaps I did them wrong by somehow ordering what I wanted. He also made sure to tell me that the croissants was more expensive and he is actually giving us a better deal by not adding extra to our bill. I reluctantly accepted and the manager person gave a seemingly accomplished vibe. It's unfortunate to be getting this level of service from Northend which I hold to quite the standard. The croissants or whatever they give me or however they mess up the order, I really don't think coerced blatantly is how the customer should be made to feel. So my suggestion would be to perhaps have an few training sessions organised for customer service.

❌ ❌❌Re: Last time, I gave a good review here, as you can see below. New: I was really shocked by the staff's behavior. In just 10 minutes, one of them asked us four times if we were ordering. Finally, he told us we had only five minutes left to order. We were planning to order more, but his rudeness stopped us. As we were leaving, he asked, "Are you guys leaving?" We said yes, and he told the door guard, "Remember their faces for next time." What kind of comment is that? When one of us tried to address the issue, the guard wouldn’t let him back in. Although the manager later apologized, this was not the kind of treatment we expected from a CAFE. And even if you gues have some policies to order when and staying time, you might highlight it to any walls or outside. It seemed like this staff member might have been new. We were there during lunch, ordered coffee, and were quietly studying.. Prev post: Best environment to study. I enterd at early and saw the environment filled with crowds were studying. You literally can stay whole day and order coffee and sides. Latte 🫶 salted caramel latte- best 🔥 Begal-❌ dry Cinnamon bun best♥️ but i felt extra sweet. Cappuccino- good and affordable Hot chocolate- good Triple Chocolate cookie- avarage

For a decade I used to have my coffee at North End. Not in this outlet rather at Progoti Sharani, their first out let. I buy my grinds for home from there too, and I am sure it is the best coffee available in Dhaka. But I am disappointed with the service of the new outlet at Dhanmandi. I had a chance to visit and some time to spend alone. I asked my regular, Espresso, 1-1 in Vienna Roast. I was quite amazed to know they don't know it. Asked them to give me whatever they had. They served me a regular espresso, WITHOUT a sparkly glass of water. I asked for it, they bring me a bottle of mineral water and billed me for it. Its a shame and the God of Coffee will never forgive them for this outrage. :) That 25Tk for water bottle is not important. My point is, those youngster Baristas at Dhanmandi should be trained accordingly. They have to have love and respect for Coffee Culture. At least certain level of professionalism is expected from North End (My barista at main outlet do not drink or love coffee much, but he is professional). Godspeed, North End Dhanmandi.

Very well known and reputable coffee house in the city. They have many branches in the Dhaka and it is one of them & biggest also. Located near to the Shimanto Square. Car parking facilities are available on the basement of the building. Their signature items are coffee as Espresso, Cappuccino, Latte & Mocha. Hot and cold both types of drinks are available in here. They not only serve drinks items but also provide sandwich, pastry items. In here, you need to order first, then after a few times later they will serve your order. The taste of the drinks is well enough for spending sometimes good there. Reservation is not required, the place is large enough for huge number of people. VAT is not included to the food price. Cash & card both are acceptable. Online order is available. 🏷️ - medium range 💳 - acceptable 🚗 - in the basement
