Airport Junction Shopping Centre — Local services in South-East District

Good location but I've never had outstanding service at this store. Shoddy customer service, comparable to Kgale Spar. These two stores could do well to learn from Spar Riverwalk and Spar Acacia. Today they took shoddy to another level. The kiosk was unmanned FOR AGES, apparently because the colleague was on her lunch break. The colleagues we asked for help were sullen and gave the impression they couldn't be doing with helping us.

In retail, you should NEVER leave a counter unmanned. Have another colleague stand in until the other one returns. The staff were also unprofessional, telling the customers, oh, I don't work here - the right thing would have been to help and then find the right person AFTERWARDS, OR ask the line manager to assign someone to stand in. The customer doesn't want to stand there for 20-30 minutes being told by a Spar colleague that they won't serve them because the kiosk falls outside their scope of responsibilities.

And when a customer asks to escalate a query, you offer to call the manager over - NOT there he is, go over and have a word!

I don't usually rate this Spar. But today the staff worked on my very last nerve....

In terms of malls airport Junction has it all is gone every shop you can think about restaurants accessories bank it has underground parking and a lot of parking spaces escalades that are always working it has elevator clothing stores bathrooms are there the bathrooms are big and can house maybe about 10 to 15 people at once it's always clean it's a bit difficult to get into the more due to the way the roads are structured but you can enter the more from two points they have a car wash by The Mall like a actual business style the car wash where it's like a drive-through car wash they have Street vendors as well if you're looking to buy something cheap on the side that time some oranges from vendors. I'm giving this mall a five-star because in terms of more it's a very good more they acquired a new shop called best goal by which is Chinese shop which has almost everything it's a very good convenience store and the expansion that is happening is very good in airport Junction the only thing that would make it the best place to be at would be if it had a cinema or theatre inside but who knows maybe...

Airport junction lacks the cinemas,wide range of shops and is much smaller compared to it's sister malls Game City and Riverwalk however what it does make up for it's short comings is with the exotic restaurants you don't see at her sister shops such as Cuppacino,Rapsody and Europa and once,before it was removed, had a health smoothie bar. It also has a one of the best gym's i have ever been to,Virgin Active so that is definitely a plus .They even have a 6 or 8D cinema but it was just one of those cheap thrill theaters nothing like what new capitol cinema at her sister malls offer.To be honest there isn't much to do except come in and shop but they are building something not sure if it's a car space(would be a let down seeing as how so many people are curious for new attraction in our small city) or new shops but whatever it is i am sure it will be great.

Great place for family and friends especially children because there is a playground would be wonderful if it was way bigger.Would give me something nice to...
