Indiana Spur Botswana — Restaurant in South-East District

Server was dismissive and seemed uninterested in his work. Messed up our orders, took very long to bring soda and water orders. Had to ask server repeatedly for children's drinks, balloons etc before attending to our requests. Caused a lot of distress for the children and they were agitated. The food did not taste great at all. The ribs were beef and not pork, which was not what we ordered. Because of the servers disinterest, I felt that there was no point returning any of the orders because there may be a delay, wrong order or anything else that would sour our experience further. Excellent! Ke rata Spur thata, it has always been my favourite restaurant. I have been to the one in SA 🇿🇦 at a very young age (around 3 or 4 years old) and I was given a Spur kids card for a free drink whenever I visited. Ever since, it has always been my most favourite restaurant ever. I went to the Airport Junction one ko Botswana 🇧🇼 after years of not being to Spur, again it was EXCELLENT! Kesa served us, Great service and Great Food, she was an excellent waitress, a great well done to the rest of the staff as well, le dirile tirô e ntlê. Well done Spur, keep it up!

My experience gets worse everytime I dine here, last time it was wrong order that too forever, this time it them 20mins to get my order, then a good hour and 20 mins for the food to arrive. It's not even that busy. It's just a bunch of waiters walking up n down. No even a supervisor to check if you in that almost 2 hrs sitting there waiting for their food. Get a leaf from south African stores. Next thin the food is not even hot, ribs are dry inside with lots of marinate. Nah I also understand the career day dress code but guys some things are not for food areas, lab coats n hospital scrubs, esp not brand new are considered...
