KFC Airport Junction — Restaurant in South-East District

I was truly disappointed yesterday. We walked in at lunch time and ordered our food and sat down. While we were eating some maintenance men walked in and came to the table next to us and started drilling. I was shocked and disturbed and certainly did want dust flying into my food. They didn't excuse themselves and my daughter and I decided to move. It was however so full. We eventually found a seat. What really annoyed me was that these men should of come to do maintenance not at peak hour when it was so busy and full. I eventually saw a booth but one staff member was seated there and she was not eating but on her phone and wasn't bothered at all about the clientele. It was crowded and very hot with no ventilation in KFC, very Covid friendly. No doors were open and the staff did not regulate the number of people coming in. This happened to me quite recently. I advise people not to go to this KFC restaurant, the people who take your order purposely dont allow you to cancel a part of the order and the whole order if need be and the person who takes your order doesnt give all the change back and makes excuses that they dont have change inorder for you to forcefullt buy something. The people there are very rude and service is just horrible, people who buy with cash they will indirectly rob you right in your face. There are also sketchy people there who can pickpocket you if there are very few people in the area especially at night and if your phones are on your hand. This restaurant does not follow the website prices and deals so my advice is to go to another kfc restaurant or maybe nandos or chicken licken. Ordered at the drive thru and we’re told there were no chicken fillets for any of the burgers, and we were told our order would be delivered by the front parking lot, it took 5 minutes almost, which we were okay with. However the meal we got didn’t seem fresh at all that morning. Nuggets we’re shriveled and dry, wings were crispy but very dry, chicken wrap lacked taste and was very bland and overall disappointed as we headed back to Palapye with a lousy breakfast.
