I recently called Ocean Basket Airport Junction to make a reservation for Valentine's Day. Initially, the lady I spoke with was polite and confirmed the reservation. However, my experience took a turn when the manager took over the call.

The manager rudely informed me that they were not taking reservations on Valentine's Day and that it would be on a first-come-first-served basis. I found this response to be both surprising and disappointing. In my understanding, making a reservation is a common practice to secure a table and ensure a smoother dining experience, especially on busy occasions like Valentine's Day.

I believe that a restaurant should communicate its reservation policy clearly, and it's disheartening to be treated with such rudeness when trying to make arrangements for a special day. This experience has left me questioning the customer service standards at Ocean Basket Airport Junction.

Had a lovely dinner with a friend, we shared a platter for 2 and we couldn't even finish it as the portion was great ( not complaining lol) . Loved their signature sauce👌🏾, it was to die for.

My only issue was how small the complimentary bread was compared to the dipping sauces that accompanied it. Make it make sense please lol 🤣.
