I ordered a simple P18.00 cone ice cream dipped in chocolate, which I always get from the store . When it arrived it was so small and the chocolate was not covering the entire ice cream. I told the server that I am a regular customer , therefore I know the size that the ice cream is supposed to be and how it is supposed to look, I then requested for a new one and they told me that they cannot help me, all the while other employees started ganging up behind the original server, stood in silence but staring directly at me , in some attempt to intimidate me . They failed to acknowledge a simple mistake on their part and rectify it , instead they chose to intimidate me by ganging up behind me. Do better with your customers...

I ordered for collection, waited 15mins in the parking lot.. and still had to wait and extra 10mins at the shop to receive my food (even though there were about 50 people in the back kitchen). What's the use of having an online application if you're going to make online orders to wait the same time as a walk in customer's orderđ« No decent apology was given, all they said was "there's a delay, sorry" my time was honestly wasted The whole purpose of the application is defeated at this point
