RocoMamas Gaborone — Restaurant in South-East District

I absolutely love to eat here. The whole place and atmosphere is stylised, beautiful and very classy, it really fits the theme. Customer service is the best I've seen in this country, they are so kind and do everything right. They really deserve a raise! And the food! Super delicious and very affordable! I would highly reccoment everyone to try this out, this is high value food offered at affordable prices, how insane is that?

Burgers are good and up to the Rocomammas standard. Staff are friendly and actively engaged in trying to deliver good service. There's a serious problem with how they position sharp steak knives in the table caddy, with the blade facing upwards. I have raised this as a serious health and safety issue with their managers on two separate occasions, yet they continue this dangerous practice. Children and customers are at risk every time they reach for cutlery. The correct position is handle up blade down guys!...

OK, I admit it; I was wrong. I avoided RocoMamas for well over a year because I'm not a fan of loud, amplified music while eating what I supposed was formulaic, fatty food. When I finally decided to give it a go my expectations were not high. To my surprise, the food was extremely good, and there was very minimal amplified music to annoy my tender ears while sitting on the swings outside. Best of all, the service was impeccable.
