Read moreThe lounge itself is a relaxing wonderful option when flying business class. Drinks are available both alcoholic and non alcoholic as well as hot tea and coffees. The food was also tasty and helped us until we were served dinner on the plane. My worst experience was between 5.30 and 6.00pm on the 19th of October 2024. We left the lounge and got extremely lost and was about to miss the flight. My husband and I decided to go back to the lounge and ask for help. We begged the gentleman at reception and he was cruel and refused to assist us with directions. He rudely told me in a condescending tone to get to the back of the line!!! All I wanted was directions to the gate as to not miss my flight in a country where there's not enough English speaking assistance at Gru airport. Also asked the bank employees inside the lounge and they were also rude. It's not nice if your are of Indian South African decent in a country where they only expect whites to hold a business class or premium ticket. Never again!!!! I'll post the employee badge of the employee who was rude inside...

Alcohol is self serve, and while convenient, the overall food selection felt underwhelming compared to other major international lounges. Overall, it is fine for a quick refresh before a flight, but do not come here expecting a memorable...
