W Premium Lounge - The Pier — Local services in Região Imediata de São Paulo

If I could give zero stars I would. First we arrived at 6pm to be told no priority pass allocated until 8pm. We asked to pre book she said no. So we came back at 7.20pm to join the queue to get in at 8pm. Then, the lady on front desk who by the way went out of her way to have conversations with anyone else, ignored you, then just went out of her way going to the back of the queue to ask if anyone had American Express? She then allowed anyone with American Express in before priortiy pass. Again, nowhere did it state the times of priority pass access or that American Express were more important, they know everything is free so it makes no difference? Nothing here makes any sense The lady hosting honestly was a disgrace, to then eventually getting in at 9.45pm we were sat at this table, with a bucket in the middle full of leaking water from the ceiling. The food is terrible, pasta tasted like a shoe.

Antonio on the bar was the only decent thing, smiling and making nice drinks. Whoever your host is needs a serious word and your rules...

I had to use this lounge because the Amex lounge was permanently closed and The club lounge was closed. Nothing compared by far. I hope Amex opens a new and better one soon.

Poor food variety and quality. Breakfast options had many fried snacks (coxinha, bolinho de queijo, enroladinho.. ). Besides been too have to eat in the morning they did not taste good.. Pão de queijo was good though. I arrived at breakfast time, around 8:30am and the lounge was crowded, I believe because Mastercard and other lounges are not open before 10am. Personnel were nice. The receptionists were extremely kind and helpful. But there were no other staff at the bar for a while. I gave up asking for a cappuccino because the person was not there. They had 2 types of fruits (grapes and melon). But after 10 minutes grapes were gone and there was no replacement. Place is really small and was crowded. Individual bathrooms available. And 1 shower at the disabled...

This was one of the worst lounge experiences I’ve ever had. The space was overcrowded, with suitcases scattered everywhere, making it nearly impossible to walk around. Even the cleaning staff struggled to move through the chaos. The atmosphere was loud and disruptive, with people shouting and no staff stepping in to maintain a reasonable noise level.

The seating was extremely uncomfortable, and the food was disappointing. Sandwiches were barely filled, with the stuffing placed only at the edges to give the illusion of being full. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, adding to the frustration.

This lounge used to be decent before they relocated. It’s baffling why they chose to remodel if the result would be a significant downgrade. Thankfully, access was included as a complimentary perk with one of my cards. Had I paid for this experience, I would’ve been incredibly...
