Heineken — Restaurant in Região Imediata de São Paulo

Ugh d place has potential. I went in bc I was flagged down by one of the women dressed in all black to come in and eat. I ordered a BBQ chicken sandwich and a lemonade. I got the drink pretty fast but, there wasn’t enough sugar. I saw the guy that came in after me, get his food but I was being patient. A bunch of other ppl came in and also began to get their food before me. By the time I realized, 45 mins had passed and my waiter hadn’t even come to the table to keep me informed about what was going on. He wasnt sorry or apologetic about the situation. I called him over to ask when he put in my order and he just said “ok”…went to check and then came back saying something was broken (I think that should have been said to me, initially) but I digress. I then wait another 10 mins before asking for my check. Now everyone is like “it’s coming”. I simply said no thank you and that I wanted to eat half an hour ago and not by the gate. I paid for my lousy lemonade, poured it into another cup and left. Might I add, the restaurant...

Unfortunately I had to share a horrible experience I had on this place. After I get the biggest chopp I asked for some cod snacks "bolinhos de bacalhau", and this came without any cod inside, just something fried on oil but without any meat our flavour of cod. On the moment Im going to pay, some one came to charge me and I complained about this, when he said if I had complained before he can change the plate and bring me The Official plate I have ordered?!? And when I asked if have some kind of corruption on this he just looked to me and moved the head liked confirming some kind of staffs serving plate without the ingredients or stilling the plates to make profit to yourselfs?!? I'm completely disgusting about this place and scared about what this staffs can do to take advantage from unsuspecting people. Sorry but this, "jeitinho/way brazilian", its...

Had a voucher to use from Latam delayed flight. Had an average meal and then tried to pay. Waited 40 minutes for the bill and this was asking four separate times. The attitude of the waiter and waitresses was horrific. Its as if doing their job was a massive inconvenience.

Eventually had to get up and put my bag on and finally got the bill. Actually paying was even worse, the waitress didn't know how to use the vouchers, there was a queue of people waiting to pay. In the end we managed to pay and run to our boarding gate to catch our flight. To make matters worse the waitress shoo'ed us away after paying. From asking for the bill to actually paying took over an hour.

Very damaging for the Heineken brand and would not recommend this establishment to anyone.
