If I could give this salon a zero star I would. I went in there for a wash and blow dry and so did my daughter. The person who styled my hair left it frizzy and limp while others were overdried and brittle. The stylist didn't seem to pay attention to the finer details. As for my daughter they put her with an apprentice stylist. Who definitely needs more training. My daughter left looking like she was Tina Turner. We could have done a better job at home. It was the first and last experience at Studio Lorena. While I was there I watched other stylist do other women's hair. The stylists should be ashamed at the awful job they are providing for their clients. They are giving hairstylists a bad name. I'm surprised that studio Lorena is still in business. And for those who are customers definitely try somewhere else. You deserve better. For the price you are paying you should be getting top notch service. You are getting mediocre service at best. Lastly I did end up getting a manicure and for Gods sake send the person back to school to learn how to do a manicure. Not only did she make me bleed but she botched a simple nail polish job. Fui ao salão muito esperançosa de um bom atendimento, o mínimo que queremos. O atendimento não tem nada de humanizado como mostram nos vídeos de redes sociais, o cabeleireiro empurrando serviços nada vê com o que agendei e pedi. Não foi oferecido água e café/ mesmo que for pago não houve nem o oferecimento. Enfim fui com o cabelo estando de x forma sai com o cabelo de x forma ou seja igual kkkkkkk frustrante e ainda deixei um valor considerável de 1380,00 … não recomendo para quem procura atendimento...

Não fiz nenhum serviço pois o atendente da recepção, Thiago, foi incrivelmente mal educado. A minha amiga queria trocar o esmalte e ele partiu do princípio que ela não iria gastar. Deu risada falando para ela sentar e esperar. Eu que estava logo atrás e iria pedir para fazer várias coisas vi o quão grosso ele foi com ela, fiquei passada com o tipo de pessoa que ele foi.
