Just home from four nights at this hotel in Sao Paulo. A lovely location in one of the city's most posh districts, loads of designer shops, upmarket restaurants and bars, and quiet leafy streets. Still only a few minutes by taxi to most of the city's best attractions. The room was a full sized two-bedroom/two bath apartment, well furnished and comfortable. Very highly recommended. My only slight "spoiler" is that they do not provide coffee in the guest rooms, except enough for one guest on the first day. There is a good Nespresso machine provided, but they charge a high price to provide coffee on the second, third or fourth day. I suggested to the management that providing at least one coffee per guest per day would be good policy, but this was politely declined, and I instead paid quite a lot for the privilege of having coffee in our room each morning. The reception staff are unfailingly polite and helpful, providing us with expert assistance in booking events, and always doing their best to make our stay a rich experience. English is spoken at reception, and even amongst those who were not fluent, always great effort to be helpful. On balance, we would stay again, and will of course make it our first choice when again visiting this magnificent city. Incidentally, do not be put off by those who say Sao Paulo is unsafe for visitors. Our experience was of a city which is vibrant, fun, unpretentious, and at least as safe as other major world...
